📦 Returns
You can return most items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the item
To start a return, email us at info@zonzeal.com with your order number and reason for return.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll notify you via email about the status
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Opened or used health & hygiene products
- Gift cards or downloadable software
- Custom or personalized items
📮 Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on eligible orders. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.
